Information We Collect

  • Contact form: your name, email address, company and message.
  • Text message sign-up form: your first name, last name, mobile number, email address, and the text message consent choices you make.
  • Technical data: our hosting and network providers keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.

How We Use It

  • To reply to your questions
  • To schedule consultations and send reminders
  • To deliver client work and project updates
  • To send text messages you opted in to
  • To send marketing messages, only if you opted in to them
  • To run and secure this website

How We Share It

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our CRM and messaging platform, our web hosting and network providers, and our email provider. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, which we never share with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS Messaging

You can opt in to text messages from Tech Joint only through the form on our Text Messages page. You enter your first name, last name, mobile number and email. The form has two optional checkboxes, both unchecked by default: one for non-marketing texts (replies to your inquiry, consultation scheduling and reminders, and project updates) and one for marketing texts (Tech Joint services and offers). When you submit the form, we save your contact details and your consent choices in our CRM platform, HighLevel, with the date and time. We do not collect SMS consent any other way.

If you opt in to text messages from Tech Joint, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are never shared, sold or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Cookies and Third-Party Services

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The text message sign-up form is provided by our CRM platform and may store small amounts of data in your browser so the form works. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your information as long as we need it to respond to you, provide our services and keep business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your Choices

  • Reply STOP to any text message to stop all texts.
  • Email jordan@techjoint.io to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above.
