Tech Joint SMS Terms and Conditions

These terms cover text messages from Tech Joint.

Program

Tech Joint sends text messages only to people who opt in through the form on our Text Messages page. You enter your first name, last name, mobile number and email, then choose either, both or neither of two optional checkboxes, unchecked by default: one for non-marketing texts and one for marketing texts. When you submit the form, we save your contact details and your consent choices in our CRM platform, HighLevel, with the date and time. We do not collect SMS consent any other way, and we never sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties for marketing.

Non-marketing messages cover replies to your inquiry, consultation scheduling and reminders, and project updates. Marketing messages, if you opt in to them separately, cover updates about Tech Joint services and offers.

Texts come from (323) 310-0911 or (323) 310-2109.

Consent

Opting in is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt Out

Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages. You will get one confirmation message and nothing more. Reply START to resubscribe. You can also opt out by emailing jordan@techjoint.io or calling (323) 310-0911.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
